Ingredients
  • 1 lb Lean Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cup Italian Style Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Line a sheet pan with parchment (or grease with cooking spray).

  3. In a large mixing bowl add all ingredients.

  4. Mix by hand until all ingredients are completely combined.

  5. Mold twelve golf ball sized meatballs and arrange on parchment.

  6. Cook for 20 minutes.

  7. Serve immediately with your favorite sauce, refrigerate or freeze.
