Garlic Ginger Flank Steak

Ingredients
Marinade
  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, Grated
  • 2 tbsp Agave or Honey
  • 1-2 tsp Chili Garlic Sauce
  • 1 lb Flank Steak
Instructions
  1. Place flank steak in a large resealable bag, set aside.

  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and pour into resealable bag with the flank steak.

  3. Place in the refrigerator and let marinade for 12 - 24 hours.

  4. When ready to cook, remove from refrigerator and sit at room temperature for 15 - 30 minutes.

  5. Set oven to broil and place rack 2nd from the top.

  6. Use a broiler pan or sheet pan covered in foil, place the flank steak on the pan unfolded.

  7. Broil for 5 minutes on each side.

  8. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.

  9. Slice crosswise into thin strips.

  10. Enjoy!
