Ingredients
  • 6 oz. Chickpea Pasta (or Regular)
  • 3 oz. Gouda, shredded
  • 3 oz. White Cheddar, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Skim Milk
  • 2 Egg Whites (or 1/4 cup Liquid Egg Whites)
  • 1/4 cup Light Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Broccoli, chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/8 cup Italian Breadcrumbs
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven 350 degrees and lightly grease small casserole dish with cooking spray.

  2. Cook pasta according to instructions, drain, set aside and keep warm.

  3. In a large bowl, add all remaining ingredients except for breadcrumbs and mix.

  4. Add warm pasta and stir well.

  5. Pour into greased casserole dish.

  6. Top with breadcrumbs.

  7. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes.

  8. Serve and enjoy!
