Ingredients
  • 1 Foot Long Loaf of French Bread
  • 1/2 cup Simple Tomato Sauce
  • 3 Meatballs
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 8 slices Fresh Mozzarella
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment.

  2. Cut loaf in half down on the long side.

  3. Brush each side with olive oil.

  4. Place in oven for 5 minutes to lightly toast.

  5. Remove from oven, spread 1/4 cup of Tomato Sauce on both sides.

  6. Arranged sliced Meatballs along one side.

  7. Spread remaining 1/4 cup of Tomato Sauce on top of meatballs.

  8. Arrange mozzarella slices along both sides.

  9. Bake for 10 minutes.

  10. Enjoy!

  • I used pre-sliced fresh mozzarella.
