Ingredients
  • 1 Butternut Squash (diced)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees and line a sheet pan with foil or parchment.

  2. Spread diced squash evenly on top of foil or parchment.

  3. Drizzle olive oil over squash and sprinkle spices evenly.

  4. Gently toss squash to coat and arrange again in a single layer on sheet pan.

  5. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes flipping squash half way through.

  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container.

  7. Enjoy!
