Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
Line a sheet pan with foil.
Split Spaghetti Squash in half.
Scoop out seeds with a large spoon.
Measure a teaspoon of olive oil in each half, and brush over squash with a pastry brush.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Flip over and place on foil lined sheet pan.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes.
Flip over squash and run a fork through the squash to make "spaghetti".
