Ingredients
Salad
  • 3 cups Fresh Baby Spinach
  • 1 Romaine Heart, Chopped
  • 1 Medium Carrot, Grated
  • 2 Mandarin Oranges, Peeled and Segmented
  • 1/4 cup Almond Slivers
Salad Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/8 cup Sugar
  • 5 Splashes of Tabasco, Optional
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine all the salad ingredients.

  2. In a small bowl or container, whisk all the dressing ingredients together.

  3. Add dressing to salad per your taste.

  4. Enjoy!
